Tao, Queenstown's first cooking school offers culinary classes, courses,
tours, tastings, wine and gourmet food events for local, domestic and
international food enthusiasts.
Offered are a variety of cooking classes from an hours demonstration
class to a hands-on residential weekend, private classes with a personal
chef for the individual or a group of friends, to those with a personalised
theme for corporate, conference and incentive groups.
Ki Tao meaning 'the art of cooking from Aotearoa' features the cuisine
of New Zealand with particular emphasis of Central Otago and Southland's
wonderful produce.
